Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane Dublin, a member of the Dalata Hotel Group PLC, has engaged the services of ABS Engineering to install a BMS (Building Management System) at their premises. These works were carried out by the ABS team in June 2019.
ABS a leading Building Management Systems company based in Newcastle West County Limerick, have been working closely with the hotel management team, to introduce a range of cost-saving measures throughout the premises.
ABS completed a revamp of all bedroom comfort controls using the EasyIO controller and already the hoteliers have found a significant reduction in their costs. ABS also reinstated pool temperature controls for the hotels leisure centre. The system records temperature readings using web-based software solutions along with a front end graphics package.
All data can be further analysed in real-time and gives a continual real-time insight into the energy performance of the entire building. This improves operational efficiency and reduces hotel energy consumption whilst guests enjoy their stay.
